Tracey joined Binford Insurance in 2010 as a Licensed Sales Agent and has since moved on to become a Licensed Service Agent, helping clients with billing, claims, and policy changes. Prior to joining Binford Insurance, she worked directly for Safeco as an agency support specialist. The experience she gained working directly for Safeco gave her insight to better help the customers at Binford Insurance.
Outside of work, she is actively involved at Northview Church, Binford Campus, where she volunteers at the annual Neighborhood Cleanup and Crime Watch.
Tracey lives on the Northeast side of Indianapolis with her husband Neil and their 150 lb. “baby”, a Saint Bernard named Emma. She enjoys social events, hosting tea parties on the weekends, going to the Binford Farmer’s Market, and traveling to new places.
